How to use:
1. For better effect, you can apply the base polish first,
then apply normal colour polish(black or dark colour
will be better, but according to the effect that you
want to make), wait the polish to be half dry (you
can still feel sticky of the polish)
2. Cut a part of the foil, then place the foil on nails,
use your finger to gently press the foil then tear off.
You can repeat this step.
3. Then apply the top coat polish.
