The HDMI of this product supports 2.0 specifications. If the product needs 2.1 specifications, it will be unstable.

To use your headphones to take a call or join a video conference, you must first connect the hub to your iPad. Otherwise, the sound will continue to play through your iPad.

The 3.5mm headphone jack of this product only supports American Standard (CTIA). If it is OMTP standard, there may be no sound or noise, so you need to use an adapter.

When connecting the SD card, please pay attention to the storage format of the SD card. If you can't connect, you can convert the storage format of the SD card to NTFS, exFAT, or32. If your SD card is already one of the above three formats, you can convert it to the other two formats.

The USB Type-C charge port can only charge, does not support data transmiion. Connect a 38W or above USB-C Power Delivery charger and USB-C to C cable to the hub's USB-C port to provide full-speed pa-through charging to your iPad Pro, all while keeping the full functionality of the hub's other ports.
