poor service

The shoes are too small and now I can't return the shoes because I only have an option to drop off the shoes at your nearest warehouse which I have no idea where it is, the reason why I paid and asked for the package to be delivered to me was for convenience, why did you change the option of getting the item collected? Now I'm stuck with shoes that doesn't fit me and can't return them
