Dress from China and it took too long

The last time I used Zando they had a fast delivery and the clothes were of high quality. It’s been years and I guess that has changed. This order took almost a month to be delivered and I had to pay Buffalo for some taxes. If I knew I was ordering a SHEIN or TEMU item, I wouldn’t have bothered because it was going to be cheaper and quicker. I’m very unhappy and the quality isn’t great.
